Chris Brown has been released from jail .TMZ reports...He was meant to spend 131 days, but has spent 108 days in total .
The fact that he spent 116 days he spent in rehab, and another 59 days behind bars aided his release..
His assault trial will begin in a few months and his case over the bar fight with Drake has been dropped ...
