MTV reality star, Diem Brown is dead.
Brown died at just 32 years of age on Friday, November 14, in a New York hospital after a long battle with cancer.
Diem, who was also an entertainment reporter, had been diagnosed with the disease for the third time this year after an initial bout in 2006, while she was just 24, and another in 2012.
She rose to fame in 2006 after her debut appearance on MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge and she founded MedGift, a charity organization which provides a platform for medical patients to create a gift registry, as a result of her health struggles.
She kept fighting till the end and on Tuesday, November 11, wrote on Twitter:
“I NEED prayers and advice my doctors are seemingly giving up but I won't & can't rollover. Whatever option I have to LIVE I'm grabbing!… Need prayers, advice, support & outreach. No is not an option.”
Diem Brown is survived by her father, two sisters, and brother. May her soul rest in peace.
