A bus conductor was alleged shot twice at close range by soldiers at the Oba Akran area of Ikeja Lagos this afternoon. The person who took the pic above and posted it online, wrote"Soldiers just shot a conductor beside me!! Jesus!! Two shots!! At Oba Akran. Jesus!! At close range fa!!"This soldiers are still being brutal.. i guess they are still following their constitution which states in my words " if any soldier personnel is being killed by civilians or a civilian, the military has the right to revenge for a day" This is really out of the way.. more details soon
