HURRAY!!! Airtel Now Has Android Data Plans, Read Details here!

Last night a friend of mine dialed *141*1# and to his greatest surprise he saw Airtel Android Plans as displayed among the regular data services offered by the telecom company. Its however new to me too and that's why i would love to share and ask how it works.

2GB- 2000naira
3GB (Night plan) – 2,500naira
4.5GB- 3,500naira

Could this be that NCC is finally working, has anyone tried it? or does it consume twice the amount of data like the BIS Unlimited plan(2 GB= 1 GB)?
